This semi-automatic detection collects all data within seconds. Two pairs of high-precision light grids provide the exact cubic dimensions and weight of any object.
It can process up to 300 items per hour with maximum item weight of 50kg.

The Scaletronic Quickcube DWS has four laser-welded load cells that ensure reliable weighing. In our design process special attention was paid to keeping the entire weighing and dimensioning technology as maintenance free as possible.
Two pairs of high-precision light curtains scan the objects to be measured (regardless of their shape) for accurate and contactless dimension capture.

Looking for some additional accessories? There's lots of optional extras for the Quickcube; a camera can record the respective product photo for the master data, a handheld scanner enables barcodes to be scanned, or a transport trolley with a self-sufficient power supply turns the Quickcube DWS into a mobile workstation. A small reference scale with higher accuracy enables the weighing of light parts with high precision.
