Our Process
It's easy to successfully automate your logistics processes with Scaletronic! We follow a simple but effective process to ensure you get the best customer experience and the best automation for your operation.
1. High-level Design
This is a collaborative design stage to find a solution that will work for you, and agree on how your new automation will take shape.
2. Site Visit
Once we have agreed on a high-level design and budget, we come to your location where you will be installing the automation for a site survey, and to agree on the installation phases.
3. Detailed Design
Our technical team add every detail to the drawings, verifying functionality and availability of components to ensure we can deliver in time.
4. Production
Mechanical and electrical assembly takes place with rigorous quality control and testing of components. Each system undergoes a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before it leaves our production facility.
5. Delivery
Your automation is well prepared and packed for shipment. Each section is shipped as assembled as possible to minimise time onsite.
6. Installation
Our skilled and experienced installation team install quickly and professionally. During this period the Project Manager is onsite regularly to control and communicate with all stakeholders.
7. Service and Support
Once your new automation is commissioned our Service Department takes over from the Project Team to provide support and preventative maintenance. To ensure service quality, we rely on proven international standards.
